Enjoying seasonal variety brings us closer to the land, and to the billions who have lived before us.

More may notice than the strength we feel from pumpkin, and appreciate how the resilient pumpkin grows on the land like an orange lava lamp on the soil.

Pumpkin, with its massive, fibrous, orange shield of glory protecting the seeds of life within.

Goals are awesome for making progress.

Eat pumpkin at least once a day for two weeks.

Currently, I’m on day 3.

I’ve eaten pumpkin:

  • As part of protein/yogurt/shake
  • By itself
  • With Lentils, saturated in thermogenic coconut oil.

Body composition is improving, which usually happens when I eat homemade food only. The pumpkin is definitely a part of it.

By the way, no sugar or anything like that. Keep pumpkin natural. With the weather getting colder, I’ve got my signature pumpkin soup on deck for major immune support.

Including herbs, spices, and healthy oils, Can you think of any other ways to liven up the bland, yet Powerful Pumpkin?


  1. Yep, I buy the pure canned pumpkin in 3 pack from costco. Good quality, taste, and I feel better when I eat it.

    Of course raw pumpkin has its benefits, but really cost/benefit it only makes sense to go with canned pumpkin on a regular basis.
