Improvement and Growth are Never Linear

Face your fears, and then you will grow as a person.

For most of us, facing fears can be terrifying. For example, there are occasions when I have hesitated embarrassingly and then wasted time fabricating excuses in order to save face. It’s true that a person can become stuck in a web of negative feedback loops until they overcome the fear that holds them back.

Overcoming fear — even the fear of success — may be what a person needs to unlock growth of scale. There should also be space for the author to speak with an authentic voice for the purpose of mental health and growth.

Conscious growth lies in the unknown, which is there for you, but not yet known to you.

A multiverse of infinite realities may actually be capable of existing, and yet there are experiences that can only happen now within this one singular lifetime. Many people just like you or I have the potential to signal millions of minds with our original voice, thus creating something special, unique, and lasting in the digital landscape.

In the face of fear or rejection, understanding the inherent value within the attempt itself can have many positive benefits.

Time is your greatest asset.

People who I admire understand themselves well and act without worrying too much about the opinions of others. These people have real, genuine confidence because they put in the work behind the scenes and constantly position themselves to serve others.

I am going to die, therefore I must take action today.

It is the knowledge of my own inevitable death that gives me courage to act now instead of later. Without this compelling force, I might be stuck in video game addiction, sugar addiction, alcohol addiction, or more.

I am glad that I will die one day because I cherish my own mortality. I know that I have a destiny in this embodiment because I feel the spirit of my ancestors thrusting toward infinity.

As I was doing research on the topic of, “improvement and growth are never linear,” I learned from author, Becky Searls, about the spectrum of self-knowing. The following are questions from her article.

Are you an Abstainer or Moderator?
Are you a Lark or Owl?
Are you a Marathoner, a Sprinter, or a Procrastinator?
Are you a Simplicity-lover or Abundance-lover?
Are you a Finisher or Opener?
Are you an Under-buyer or Over-buyer?
Are you an Upholder, Questioner, Obliger, or Rebel?

Most of these can be phrased with, “and,” since they can seen in a single person at different times throughout life. The context is less about, “this what I need to be,” and more about, “how can I become who I was destined to be?” That’s where talent, passion, gut, grit, and drive come into play.

My pursuit is motivated by the prospect of having so much leverage in the future that people can’t help but be helped by me.

I am writing now because I must.

This is my area of development:

Something that I recognize about myself is that I need to do more things that leave a positive legacy. I can achieve this by refusing to entertain negative thoughts that come up regarding other people’s judgements.

Some areas that I am learning about and implementing are related to things like organizational skills, maintenance of order, short and long term planning, efficiency, building and reinforcing structure, thoroughness, productivity, resourcefulness, clear projection, market forecasting, creative work outlining and preparation for new advances in technology or sudden chances in the environment.

Basically, I need to get my sh*t together.

I will honor the time of this one day today, which is now.

As far as I’m concerned, if you have the capacity to use the internet, then you are a privileged person. Sure, we don’t have access to the technology that people in 2100 will have, but the fact that you can instantly access the knowledge of another person through a device is incredible.

You can learn from the experiences of those who came before you, but you must take action to carve your own path.

In conclusion, invest energy towards that which brings greater meaning to the universe. Keep envisioning a life with meaning and purpose.

My purpose for writing this is you. I really mean it and that’s true. I hope you comment because I appreciate your perspective and feedback. Thanks for reading.

My Lifestyle Isn’t Lean During the Pandemic

I have a serious problem.

My lifestyle is far from minimalist. I realized that I have a serious problem as I examine my purchases. For example, I have some nice shirts and a chromebook that I haven’t even used.

I feel that I am worthy of the finer things in life, but worth doesn’t always equal a good investment.

I am coming to terms with my ego and insecurities.

Fitness keeps me positive, though…

Even though I haven’t racked up the most savings over the years, at least I’ve made deposits into my health.

There were plenty of nights that you didn’t go out binge drinking. That’s similar to not taking money out of your metaphorical health account.

The health investments that I’m proud of are vegetable eating and consuming something probiotic most days over the last decade.

I’m the guy who orders side vegetables when I know the main course is lacking in nutrients.

Throwback to brunch at Ma’ono West Seattle.

I feel some confidence and self-esteem from all of the workouts and from learning how to properly prepare and consume the world’s most nutrient dense foods and supplements.

At least that must be a worthy behavior for myself.

Helping others is about taking the time.

Time is the biggest resource of all, isn’t it?

I think about growing older and dying, which makes me value the life I have now.

If I can look back at my life and believe that I shared knowledge for the improvement of humanity, then I will die with some fulfillment.

I should be confident to solve problems, despite anxiety of the unknown.

If I fear judgement, then how can I even be of help to you?

I am investing time in watching YouTube videos made by people who inspire me and give me useful advice like Gary V and Graham Stephen. Gary V strengthens my courage to publish without fear, while Graham Stephen motivates me to spend my time better. Other YouTubers help me with blog development and that has encouraged me to enact my current mindset, which is thinking about what you want while documenting my journey to help a million people.

How do I position myself to be authentic, genuine, and efficient?

I’m really starting to think on a large scale now. There are people out there today who are really fulfilling their divine purpose in life, even though modern society wants to sell you something else.

I can spend hours with myself alone and feel like I accomplished something, but that isn’t necessarily a good thing until I invest timely action on those realizations. Being conscious is okay, but being present and active is way more important for success.

There ARE amazing people doing amazing work.

Perhaps you are doing purposeful work now, or maybe you are becoming extraordinary. My goal is to grow an audience who can be motivated by amazing people. I’ll start with this person.

Eleonore Pauwels speaks about people who are using their own sickness to conduct research on citizen-based solutions that provide open-source alternatives to big pharma. This is a way for the PEOPLE to take back health care. Actual health empowerment can be a reality in the future.

I do believe that we all have a responsibility in our collective health.

Many people argue that healthcare should be a universal right, but they never argue that vegetable consumption should be a universal right.

It is a duty to the nation – yes – and also to your own self and your family. Don’t procrastinate to get working on your health. If you know you need it, go discover your nutrient deficiencies. Getting really healthy is like getting really wealthy — there is a bigger safety net when things go wrong.

In fact, you should probably do your part for benefit of your own gut microbiome.

The process matters more than where you end up.

You know what they say, it’s about the journey, not so much about the destination.

So now I’ve stopped thinking about a future in which I could buy anything I want (which was not my goal anyway), and now I’m TAKING ACTION that solves problems and brings wellness into the world.

Racial Injustice and the Fitness of Humankind

“No justice, no peace,” they say.

Even though it may not be the most welcome of choices, justice is still worth fighting for.

Injustices first grow within the mind, branching toxic resentment towards groups of people who are other than I.

One way to work through this sickness of the mind is to study the similarity of the fellow human rather than the difference.

There is definitely a black man in human ancestry.

And there is for sure a black woman.

Let’s value the similarities that make us human.

We all have a shared humanity so let’s not take this for granted by groups, individuals or by persons of authority.

Technology deepens accountability.

So many footprints are left everyday. Digital fingerprints mark the web. We often submit our personal information to large organizations.

Video recordings allow for unlimited attempts at understanding the events as they actually occurred.

And the evidence is astounding.

Can people accept themselves by accepting others?

With technology and intention, I believe that people can broadcast high frequency channels to resonate with the humanity of others.

As you accept some responsibility for the way you feel, then you will realize that healing comes from allowing others to be true to themselves.

Practice being kind to others with no ulterior motive.

Top 5 Raw Honeys for Anti-Viral, Immune Support, Antioxidants, Vitamins, Minerals, Enzymes, and More

Real honey has proven therapeutic benefits.

Most people will digest honey well and experience the benefits of it.

Honey is one of the most perfect survival and storage foods as bacteria and viruses won’t be able to grow and honey contains a tremendous amount of energy and nutrients. It has a low moisture content, which keeps it preserved for longer periods of time. Even though you can store it, the nutrient value remains high.

I’ve compiled a list of some of the most powerful honey’s that I have personally consumed, experienced, and rated.

Top 5 Most Beneficial Raw Honey’s for antioxidants, immune support, health, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, micronutrients, phytonutrients:

Let’s just go ahead and start this list!

1. Tualang Black Honey

Did you get sticker shock when you saw the price?

Most people are not accustomed to eating wild food and they might benefit even more from something like this. The darkness of the honey (black) indicates significantly higher antioxidant value than your typical grocery store bought honey. The wisdom of nature is strong in this one. Research has backed this up.

Findings thus far show that, TH has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimutagenic, antitumor, and antidiabetic properties, in addition to wound-healing attributes.

Even though this might be the most expensive honey you buy, no doubt the value is there.

This stuff tastes good to me, but just know that it will be more bitter than the normal honey you might be used to.

2. Manuka Honey

Most people have heard about the topical benefits of manuka honey, but not everybody knows that it is just as healthy to use internally. I used to work at a supplement store years ago and people would come in to buy manuka honey to heal their wounds. More research suggests that it is also great for dental, oral health and so much more.

“Therapeutic Manuka Honey: No Longer So Alternative”

Our results showed that honey, in general, and particularly manuka honey, has potent inhibitory activity against the influenza virus, demonstrating a potential medicinal value

Manuka honey has a pretty smooth texture and taste. It goes great with greek yogurt in my opinion!

3. Marri or Jarrah Honey

These honey’s I’ve listed can be pretty intense. Thick and dark, sweet but subdued. The flavor is unique for sure.

Jarrah and marri honey: A liquid goldrush of medical benefits

Independent testing of jarrah and marri honey in New Zealand in 2016 found that it had stronger antimicrobial properties than the much prized manuka honey

“Diversity is a very good thing because … what we end up with is stronger therapeutic outcomes.”

The good stuff is out there. I hope to bring awareness to it!

4. Wild Oregano Honey

If you’ve been in the alternative or holistic scene for a bit, you’ve probably heard of the benefits of oregano oil for the immune system, but you may not have heard about oregano honey. First off, yes, there is a nice spicy aroma that hits you when you open this jar of honey. It is quite an experience to enjoy the flavors and the immune boosting benefits.

Namely, melanoidins content, phenolic content, electrical conductivity, and mineral content were shown to be positively influencing the gained antibacterial activity.

This is a truly special and unique honey. I personally feel that oregano oil extract is a bit too harsh on my body, so if I can experience the benefits of oregano in a wild/raw food form, then I’m all for it.

5. Black Seed / Cumin Honey

Just like the other honeys, the flavor is intense. The antioxidants are high and the price is a good value considering the benefits.

…[used] as a natural remedy for many disorders like cough, jaundice and gastrointestinal disorders.

There is a common Islamic belief that the black seed is a panacea (universal healer) which is a remedy for all ailments

I really enjoyed this honey and will be buying it again.

Will you let food be your medicine?

I cannot diagnose, cure, or prescribe anything for you… only educate.

I implore you to redefine your view of, “natural / alternative,” health.

We need for “alternative remedies” that actually work for people to go mainstream. Including food such as raw honey into your lifestyle could provide many nutrients that you didn’t even know you needed!

Stay tuned. Follow the blog for updates.

Do you emphasize Love, Self-Care, and Loving yourself in Fitness and Fat Loss?

It would be lovely to love yourself.

In my childhood, I always had fantasies about saving other people’s lives and being a hero. If I was having a hard time falling asleep, I would imagine myself on the battlefront saving the lives of my brothers and I would try to feel the powerful emotions of the moment like immense gratitude and honor.

But that was just imaginary.

I don’t want to pretend anymore.

I need the real deal because validation doesn’t build authentic self-esteem. I know that there is something deeper that needs to be constructed.

How does love create?

When something shines bright enough, then it will flow through you like the river or the waterfall while overriding futile distractions.

I asked myself this

What is it that flows through you right now?

How are your actions guided by the energy?

In which direction or angle must you take next?

Love is active.

Love travels at the speed of light.

Light moves and is not at rest.

Love is light.

Let light show you the way.

How can we overcome that which holds us down?

There will be people or beliefs in your life that you must make a choice to lose attachment in order to heal and that is okay.

The reason that it is okay to have detachment in some areas of your life is because it will allow you to love harder in the places that you need to focus on now.

Darkness must be faced.

Take moments to confront your deeper, darker self and find ways to let go of resentment.

Practice radical forgiveness towards yourself and everything in the universe.

You might just overcome the final barrier and obstacle in the road toward ascension.

You really can be the Light

I hope you let the light in, even if it’s through your wounds.

You can truly shine upon so much.

Make sure to follow the blog so that you can read and learn more.
