Hey Andre, I know sleep is an important aspect of fitness, and balance small meals every 3 or so hours is important to keep the metabolism up, but there are some days (specifically weekends where I’ll wake up at like 12 am or 1pm, is that considered missing breakfast and how should my eating plan change throughout that day.

  2. Hi Khiem,

    When you wake up late, just eat breakfeast as soon as possible and then continue on as normal. Try not to eat anything after 11pm though, even if you go to bed at 2am or later.

    So when you wake up late, eat breakfeast normally. Then when you’re hungry, eat another 2-3 balanced meals through out the day. You might have to experiment with it a bit.
