Secrets of the Worlds Best Bottom

The Worlds Top Bottom…to be the most round, the most firm, and the most perfect.

What is it about those two symmetrical chunks making up our tush that draws such fascination and attention?

Victoria won’t reveal her secrets about the rump, but I will.

It’s a sex symbol. The golden ratio of 0.6:1.0 could guarantee any woman super model status with that very rare waist to hip ratio. Body Mass Index plays no role here — only ratios.

The golden ratio is used in architecture, paintings, and determining within a millisecond a potential mate’s health and fertility levels.

For others, the glutes are featured as the source of physical strength and power.

The butt is the strongest muscle in the human body, which is why athletes are required to develop their lower body strength.

Most people would benefit from gluteus maximus strength training since it plays a big role in promoting healthy, pain-free low back.

Think about it this way…who’s body is in better overall condition: the guy with huge biceps or the guy who could pick up 400 lbs off the ground?

Glutes win every time.

How to Tone and Shape the Perfect Butt

Exercises like Lunges, Step Ups, and Squats not only shape a fine asset, but also burn fat too!

Speaking of burning fat, you also need a steady intake of healthy, whole foods to energize your workouts and supply your body with the nutrition it needs.

Hips don’t Lie

Whether you want to live pain-free, or attract more attention, the butt shows it all.

Whey Protein, Fitness and Your Health

What is one of the easiest, safest, and most sustainable ways to burn fat, build muscle, and boost overall health?

Show Me The WHEY!

Show Me The WHEY!

Even though Whey Protein is incredibly common among athletes, nearly every active person can benefit from the additional source of rich protein.

Why Protein

  1. Highly concentrated source of protein
  2. Loaded with amino acids
  3. VERY high in Branched Chain Amino Acids
  4. LOW FAT, LOW CARBS
  5. Efficient digestion, makes it great for post-workout energy recovery.
  6. Affordable
  7. Boosts Immune System due to amino acids

How Do I Use Whey Protein For Weight Loss?

  • Take 20g whey in the morning
  • Consume 20g whey immediately following any physical activity
  • Get creative: Blend with fruits, berries, and yogurt for the ultimate lean power shake.

For Gaining Muscle…

  • Calculate the amount of protein you usually consume in a day. If you aren’t getting at least 150 grams protein per day, then fill in the deficit with Whey Protein throughout the day.
  • Morning: Whey Protein is great to fuel the beginning of your day by putting your muscles in positive nitrogen balance (so that you build muscle, instead of waste it)
  • Post workout: Use a mixture of Whey Protein + Simple Carbohydrates (1:2 ratio of Protein::Carbs) for the ULTIMATE in recovery. You can gain some serious strength by boosting your insulin (most anabolic hormone) levels post-workout with carbs, which helps to shuttle protein nutrients straight to your muscles.

Depending how you use it, Whey Protein is a beneficial supplement for Weight Loss, Muscle Growth, Energy, and Boosting the Immune System.

Whey is the way to go for fitness results!

Eat Meat, Look like Jessica Biel

In healthy quantities, meat can help people look like this:

Meat is GREAT for lean muscle, but how can I make it part of my healthy lifestyle?

I understand the arguments against meat. Aside from the protein content, there are parts of meat that just aren’t good for your body.

The GOOD part, is that we can balance the negatives of meat with other wise food choices. Here’s a little example of something I find works well for me:

Meat Eating Strategy

1. Prepare your body for digestion, and create an intestinal environment where toxins won’t survive.

20 minutes before eating beef:

Liquefy 1-2 tablespoon coconut oil and add to hot water for tea (or herbs)

The power of coconut oil lies in its ability to be used as a highly efficient source of energy, while containing natural fatty acids that burn fat and kill viruses. Meanwhile, the herbs in tea will support healthy metabolism, digestion, and anti-parasitic action.

You wouldn’t go to work without your clothes on, so why wouldn’t you be ready for the meat machine?

Coconut oil is worthy.

2. Eat vegetables, containing nutrients and fiber to aid in digestion.

In fact, 30 g fiber per day keeps disease away.

3. Consume Kefir!

Almost all of the negative effects of beef are balanced by Kefir.

Kefir, Meat, and My Body: Consuming Kefir will…

  • Reduce levels of Blood Pressure due to it’s naturally occurring content of Potassium, Calcium, and Magnesium.
  • Calming effect on the nervous system, ideally allowing for more efficient digestion.
  • Supply body with ample beneficial bacteria which release anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-oxidant compounds specifically targeted toward nearly all the bad microbes.
  • Raw Kefir is loaded with digestive enzymes, which allow your pancreas to rest and recuperate.
  • Anti-inflammatory.
  • Largely acts as a cleanser for the colon to get rid of toxins.
  • DON’T HAVE TO EAT AS MUCH MEAT, because Kefir already contains well absorbed, easily digestible, and readily available amino acids.

Eating meat with ease…

Now you all understand why I love Kefir.
