World Instructor Training Schools W.I.T.S. for Experience
Fitness has been my passion for half a decade, inspiring mind-body connection for personal growth and strength from within.

Experience by W.I.T.S.
I recently began classes for the only certification program of its kind based out of local colleges and involving practical experience from a comprehensive internship. My instructor, Eric, offers over 16 years of fitness industry experience and I find his natural health values inspiring. I already see myself referring people to him in the future for his creative ways of inspiring fitness through dance.
All green trainers need a legitimate certification to really advance as a Personal Trainer.
Some certifications only require a mere study guide and a $400 multiple choice exam. How well will that prepare someone to trust your life in their hands?
I do believe book knowledge is important, but I know that the value of the individual is based on experience and skills as well. Thats why I will learn, hands-on, in the WITS certification program through Seattle Central Community College.
The value of W.I.T.S. is revealed by bringing together individuals from the community for common, yet creatively unique approaches.
Once I complete this course, I will have grown my knowledge and experience in exercise physiology and kinesiology, fitness assessment, and ability to customize individual programs through safe demonstrations of form by understanding flexibility and AHA cardiovascular recommendations.
Even though my Saturday’s are currently packed with 12 hours of work, business, and education, my passion continues to light the way. Oh yea, and all natural oatmeal gives me lots of energy too.
I manifest ability to learn and communicate as well as passion for fitness into the dream that I thrive to live.
By age 25, I will have helped Americans BURN OVER A THOUSAND POUNDS of FAT, while opening opportunities for quality of life that they never knew existed.
Stay tuned for more…
Treat me Like a Dog, until…
It’s five o’clock pm in the Johnson household, and family tension begins to be realized on this not-so-unusual night.
Stomping and stamping his feet, little Jimmy refuses to eat his broccoli. Unacceptable. The man of the house, Big Ben, is about to teach this kid a little thing called Tough Love.
Audible to the entire neighborhood, “COME HERE, KID!” sounded like the roar of a lion in the wild. Big Ben was boss around here, and what he says goes.
Little Jimmy reluctantly yields to his fathers command, only to be met by painful spanking on his back. This has happened before, so Jimmy suffers one hit at a time while waiting for his life when the pain will finally subside.
Maxim #1: If you treat it like an animal, expect it to behave like one.
Since we connect through shared emotions with our dog companions, they are thought of as man’s best friend. But, dogs do not speak English.
The strength of people is our ability to communicate with each other.
If my kid didn’t want to eat broccoli, I would view it as an opportunity to lead conversation about Broccoli!

"Nooo, don't eat meeee"
Promote connection by asking him thoughtful questions that encourage much deeper answers than, “I don’t like broc.” Yea, I used to not like broccoli. I used to not like girls either. Ironic, now that broccoli helps me get the girls today.
The point is that while I may not be entirely happy with my future son’s behavior all the time, I will take each broccoli scenario and turn it into a mutually beneficial one. Maybe he won’t eat broccoli on that particular night, but he’ll take away lessons of life, communication, and the hopefully the love of chopped florets.
Holistic Health accepts our vulnerabilities, and knows this moment now, and the next one too, is an opportunity for human potential.
The world is what you make of it, imagine what it’s like to realize potential in everything and everyone.
Fix Posture, and Build a Great Butt.
Have you ever noticed how some people are walking around with messed up posture all the time?
One of my customers came in to buy protein, and from the first glance, I knew from his posture that he spent way too much time bench pressing.
Since the body is a complex system, strength imbalances must be assessed and addressed. It’s the same thing for a vehicle — you wouldn’t drive your car if the wheels were turned in all different directions.
Here’s a video of two of the best exercises for strength, fat loss, mobility, and flexibility. This will help posture and support quality of life.
Overhead Squat
- Shoulder flexibility
- Upper back mobility
- Hip mobility, strength
- Promotes healthy posture
- Core/Abdominal strength (help you get six-pack abs, or just just boost all your other exercises)
- Glute activation
- Quadricep warmup
Reverse Lunge
- Due to position of bar, your are FORCED to have good form. No ifs, buts, or whatevers. You MUST have good form, or the bar will drop. This is good for teaching proper form.
- Neutral spine — spine is safe from heavy compression since it is a unilateral (one leg at a time) movement.
- Help you build Jessica Biel booty or the Butt of Adonis.
- Nice for thighs, quadriceps
- Burns fat, strengthens glutes, which prevents lower back injury as a result.
Putting it all together
On Leg day, you can do something like this…
1. Overhead Squat, 2 sets of 15 reps for warmup and mobility
2. Leg Press, 5 sets of 5 for strength
3. Reverse Lunge, 3 sets of 8 for glute strength.
4. Seated Calf Raise, 5 sets of 6
5. Standing Calf Raise, 10 sets of 10
POST WORK OUT
- Protein Shake

- Myofascial release with foam roller OR massage.
- Relax, reduce stress.
- Eat solid meal with plenty of carbs+protein within 1 hour of exercise.

Eat Meat, Look like Jessica Biel
In healthy quantities, meat can help people look like this:

Jessica Biel: FORMER vegetarian
Meat is GREAT for lean muscle, but how can I make it part of my healthy lifestyle?
I understand the arguments against meat. Aside from the protein content, there are parts of meat that just aren’t good for your body.
The GOOD part, is that we can balance the negatives of meat with other wise food choices. Here’s a little example of something I find works well for me:
Meat Eating Strategy
1. Prepare your body for digestion, and create an intestinal environment where toxins won’t survive.
20 minutes before eating beef:
Liquefy 1-2 tablespoon coconut oil and add to hot water for tea (or herbs)
The power of coconut oil lies in its ability to be used as a highly efficient source of energy, while containing natural fatty acids that burn fat and kill viruses. Meanwhile, the herbs in tea will support healthy metabolism, digestion, and anti-parasitic action.
You wouldn’t go to work without your clothes on, so why wouldn’t you be ready for the meat machine?
2. Eat vegetables, containing nutrients and fiber to aid in digestion.
In fact, 30 g fiber per day keeps disease away.
3. Consume Kefir!
Almost all of the negative effects of beef are balanced by Kefir.
Kefir, Meat, and My Body: Consuming Kefir will…
- Reduce levels of Blood Pressure due to it’s naturally occurring content of Potassium, Calcium, and Magnesium.
- Calming effect on the nervous system, ideally allowing for more efficient digestion.
- Supply body with ample beneficial bacteria which release anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-oxidant compounds specifically targeted toward nearly all the bad microbes.
- Raw Kefir is loaded with digestive enzymes, which allow your pancreas to rest and recuperate.
- Anti-inflammatory.
- Largely acts as a cleanser for the colon to get rid of toxins.
- DON’T HAVE TO EAT AS MUCH MEAT, because Kefir already contains well absorbed, easily digestible, and readily available amino acids.
Eating meat with ease…
Now you all understand why I love Kefir.
